I’ve been to Italy many times (wife’s from there). Yes the pizza is amazing. Yes in almost every case. Yes they do not understand pineapple on pizza.

But they are wrong. Those fuckers sometimes put boiled eggs and shit on there which ruin it.

Just because somewhere invests something doesn’t mean they have ultimate and final say. Hamburgers came from Germany and I know our fatasses got those things perfected here.

    Pineapple on pizza is amazing

Listen, if you don’t like a pizza with pineapple and jalapenos on it, you’re dead to me.

One of the best pizzas I’ve eaten had wood roasted pineapple with smoked duck, jalapenos, tomatoes and mozzarella.

Lost me at the duck but pineapple, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, jalepenos, and olives is my jam.

Sweet and spicy is such a solid combination.

Why is it called Canadian bacon anyway? In Canada, we’d call that “ham”. Bacon is bacon!

Because the Yankees are culturally oblivious to anything past their borders, even if their neighbors speak the same language.

I’m with you except I substitute the jalapenos with banana peppers. I’ve never been a fan of jalapenos though. I find something in their flavor strange.

I’m not a fan of banana peppers interestingly enough, although I do sometimes substitute the jalapenos for green peppers at times when I’m feeling concerned about heartburn or something like that…

It’s equally good that way too, IMHO.

This discussion (along with a push notification from Domino’s about having enough points for a free pizza) inspired me to have this for dinner tonight even… 😂

You are aware though what is good and what is not. The easiest way i know to make memes is using the app Meme Generator. I bought it years ago and it continues to serve me well to this day.

Thanks for actually trying to help me dude. We need more people like you. I’ll try out the app maybe when I have some free time tonight. I appreciate it

Just because I don’t make my own memes means I’m not able to talk freely about others I see? Come on now, everyone’s allowed an opinion, and it’s this is a forum/message board for discussing and voicing your opinion. That’s literally the point of this site

No, it’s not bad. Just finding that there is a lot of Facebook boomer memes and just older style memes here instead of actual original content. But this is also for shitposting so I’m moreso yelling into the wind for fun

I recently saw a TV commercial for Little Caesars Pizza, where they’re now offering a limited-edition pineapple-flavored Pepsi as part of a meal deal. That way, you can have your pineapple flavor without necessarily pissing off the “no pineapple on pizza” purists among those you’re sharing the pizza with.

Whether anyone will like pineapple-flavored Pepsi is up for debate.

Pizza is the Westoid version of sushi. Both are actually simple peasant food that were needlessly glorified. Pizza is just bread with stuff on it stuck together by melted cheese. Is chees on toast a high cuisine? No. Neither is pizza. Put whatever you want on your bread.

I feel like putting random toppings on flat bread during baking is probably the oldest cuisine imaginable, going back to caveman days many thousands of years ago. No doubt cameman-gordon ramsay (who is the same person as modern gordon ramsay) would have some mean thing to say about it though.

Does any other culture get so stupidly defensive over their food like Italians? If you paid for it you can put anything dumbass thing you want on your pizza.
