Really curious to see who is interested into this, as the link to the games is quite thin
That would be okay since Tales from the Borderlands proved that you can tell new, interesting stories on Pandora with unknown characters.
The bigger problem is that the movie is the same cringe humor garbage as BL3 and people rightfully just nope the fuck outta there. It also lazily tries to connect to the game in the most stupid way possible. Kevin Hart as Roland? Lmao.
I’ve not played the game much but will give this a spin tomorrow but mainly because I have a pass so it costs me very little.
Doesn’t seem thin at all considering it looks like and has all the characters. But I am not rushing to watch it. If it’s good I may watch it later on streaming one night while smoking weed

The article says they’re where behind the scenes problems. I’m more interested in those now, sometimes more entertaining than the final film.
