A man is referring to 23rd December as Christmas Eve Eve, at least 30 years after he should have stopped doing so.

I work for a church. Internally, the staff refer to the December 23rd service as “Christmas Adam” because Adam came before Eve. They think it’s hilarious… and I put up with it.

They got rid of it. Some even claim Christmas Lilith never existed in the first place.

Or as we call it in Norwegian:

    • Teensy tiny Christmas Eve
    • Little Christmas Eve
    • Christmas Eve. Or just Christmas!
    • The first Christmas-day, or recovery day

In Finnish we just legit have a word for eve’s eve (aatonaatto), although it’s usually only used at Christmas.
