I love Podcast Addict. I’ve been using it for years and it’s so customizable. Easily auto downloads the podcasts you want and not for others. I’ve tried many other podcast apps and nothing compares.
AntennaPod allows streaming podcasts. I don’t think it shows that option by default though. You have to view the individual podcast or change the default in the settings for streaming.

Most podcast apps allow streaming - the question was if there is one that does only allow it
