Pandora, but at least they were honest about it.
When Sirius bought Pandora and started bleeding subscribers, that closed doors for Spotify. No way to increase revenues but by increasing ads.

It’s not necessarily a bad thing short term, but traditional media is much less likely to acquire them so that door is closed.
