If you want to reduce lag, join an instance other than lemmy.world. its a fine instance, but probably over loaded. You can see and interact with pretty much all Lemmy content from any instance. I think kbin will be better, but needs an app.
I’m on SDF, they have their issues too. Honestly, I find the issues charming as hell. Things like this happen on Reddit all the time, even today, but they don’t have an excuse of trying to make the world a better place, they just didn’t want to pay people and don’t really give a fuck about anything besides money.
