I was going to recommend Xata’s Whisper and Roar, but you already have those, haha.
Tharros Strike is a very solid go-to, but it does require a bit of range. So, depending on how much you gimped it for your Mesmer Skin, it might be a bit iffy in usage.
In case you don’t know: It’s a Defense Strip. Not just Armor or Shields, both.
