If you mean the one that reduces the blue, it has been available in Plasma Wayland session for years and it was introduced because third-party apps couldn’t apply such filter in the Wayland session
Ah my bad, forgot to specifiy that it’s on Wayland with an Nvidia card where the blue light filter currently isn’t working.
