For me, this is tied with GTA IV for the best Grand Theft Auto. San Andreas’ story, world and characters are great.

IV should have been taken out back by the shed and had two put in its brain.
IV is still, and will forever be the best GTA game. Everyone complains about the driving.
Oh, I’m sorry, I didn’t realize you’re supposed to handle a car like a helium filled balloon.
Rockstar showed their thoughts on IV clearly in GTAV, I don’t think you have to worry about it anymore.
