Is using Corrupt Charge “relying on combo”? I don’t think so. If you do too, then:

Heavy attack build for Pennant, or maybe any 2h Nikana
Any slashy Zaw built for crit-status (which means slow) with both the fully ranked Sacrificial mods
“Good” for mid star chart? For Sortie 3? For starting the steel path? For level cap? Please explain what “good” means to you.
For base level steel path grineer mostly. Everything starts to feel slugish there when I’m not using a build that needs 12x combo
