    I don’t know anything about this bit that seems like a hell of a coincidence.

    I thought she was selected in order to reduce the scope for appeals.

      No. The venue was selected to reduce the possibility for appeals and delays. But they have the DC case. It was calculated by the special council. They knew the risk with Florida, regarding the jury pool and roll of the side on the judge.
