I’m not saying about lvl 200+ but, let’s say, very casual steel path (lvl 110-180?). I tried to use it with status focused zaw and, as you can imagine, I wasn’t happy with the results. Is there any way or hidden tricks to boost the damage dealt from it or it’s a dead exodia for now?

Unfortunately, it’s kind of a bad arcane (much like Cascadia Empowered which can seem good) because it ultimately fails in several key ways.
Firstly, Exodia Force doesn’t have access to critical hits, which is a real issue. Crits are very important for most ways to deal damage, and Exodia Force can’t make use of it at all. That doesn’t instantly kill the idea, but it does harm it.
Secondly, Exodia Force doesn’t work with the more powerful mods like Condition Overload, which is a big issue especially since that would be the obvious combo.
Thirdly, it’s not true damage. Viral/Slash is king for good reason, slash is vitally important for bypassing armor. Otherwise, you need an armor strip.
Ultimately, it is better to invest in the weapon’s damage rather than focus on Exodia Force’s damage for most weapons if you’re looking for the most meta thing. However, if you want to use Exodia Force, I recommend corrosive damage (if no armor strip) on a zaw with high status, attack speed, and range. The weapon’s damage and follow-through don’t matter. Additionally, the damage type doesn’t matter as much if you do have armor strip (I would recommend viral mostly so the statuses can buff the arcane’s damage), and it would also be better to have a method to armor strip and a melee-focused frame that can buff Exodia Force’s damage. I am unsure what abilities work on buffing Exodia Force, so you will have to test that yourself.

They patched out that interaction with Hotfix 33.0.11, mostly because it’s a performance issue. They did this with Saryn as well when she had a similar interaction with Exodia Force.
The Garuda interaction was patched, yes. I think the video does explicitly address this and points out it is viable with just a grouping tool in steel path, explicitly.

Like the other guy stated, its not that viable for a variety of reasons. Also i noticed you said you are using it on a stat focused zaw, most stat sticks got massively outclassed by incarnon ceramic dagger, at least until the crit portion gets fixed. Even after that it is still King for skills that purely rely on combo multi.
