These days my kids just skip the middle man and pour sugar straight into their mouths. At one point I was frequently confiscating sachets of sugar they’d nabbed while I wasn’t looking.
In the US we’d basically been doing this for decades as kids, sanctioned by the candy makers through
(which apparently wasn’t even real sugar but maltodextrin).I completely forgot pixy stix existed. Now I kinda want one.
I had one out of my kids’ Halloween candy a few months ago. Trust me, no you don’t.
