I think so. If I click on the three dots next to your post, I can block “asklemmy”. Should be possible for any community.
Dunno how jerboa displays it, but on the mobile site you can also find the community and block it via the sidebar
From what I’ve read: I don’t think so.
The tools for user and site admins to moderate/filter is rough at best.
I think we, as users, can only “block” each group and site admins can only defederate (which effects all registered users)
