On my nightstand? the usual: lamp, chargers, some decorations and that’s where my wallet and glasses sit at night.

In my nightstand? That has turned into a massive junk drawer of thjngs I have no idea of where to put, but some things of note: passport, travel charger, different currencies from the world, old chargers, nail file and clippers, other watches, a journal I tried to keep 20 years ago.

That reminds me, I should probably go through and clean it out.

Hmmm… Mostly a full bottle of water, rest of the space is for my phone and glasses when I go to sleep, in the morning the same space can be reused for a mug full of coffee.

Inside I keep extra meds and a small gun safe. On top is usually water, Nintendo DS, a book, and my jewelry. When I’m lazy you’ll find little nebulizer vials on top too.

Home defense is only normal in the 19th century? I have kids and own guns, not sure what else would be expected.

Condoms, a magic wand, lube, cock ring, extra cables for charging various devices, and a knife the seller named “Praxis” like the moon from Undiscovered Country.

On top, I keep ear buds, glasses, and my phone, usually.

Woman over 30 here. I just keep a bottle of water, and in the summer, an electric infuser that thwarts mosquitos (too many in my area). I make a point to not have phones or alarm clocks by.

    A lot of shit honestly.

    1. THC vapes (mostly empty)
    2. Books
    3. Blood pressure monitor
    4. Thermometer
    5. Dildos/vibrators/lube for my wife
    6. Small cases/boxes for things
    7. A wii u
    8. Random bush crafting/back packing stuff. Bandaids, head lamps, etc.

Because you learn in life to make sure others are happy. The invention of a dildo was due to housewives in the 20’s suffering from hysteria. If I get mine I need to make sure she gets hers.

And my organic stuff? You mean my THC vapes? What about them?

A truly unreasonable number of sex toys that built up over the years from previous relationships. My anti-bible “Drunk With Blood”.

I don’t have a bedside nightstand but I do have a shallow shelf over my bed where I have sleep meds, paracetamol, wireless earphones, a roll of TP, microfiber cloth and and also put my glasses and snus can there when I go to bed.

I had/have a similar setup. My one cat I’ve had for years never knocks anything down but now I also have a kitten and he occasionally feels the need to clear that ledge off. Typically when I’m in bed. It is kind of funny just hearing the pill bottles slide for a bit then fall out of nowhere.

I don’t keep very much up there now. Only stuff he shows very little interest in pushing over.

We have limited closet space. So I don’t get a bedside anything except a clothes rack. Tbh…it’s fuckin annoying.
