I don’t think this breaks rule 3 - I feel like the actual punchline is panel 2, and the humor is in the change in meaning of the phrase since 1980. I’ll delete it if it breaks the rules.

    I agree. Not a rule 3 breaker. I think an unintentionally funny panel from a funny comic when it is not trying to be funny works.

    Since the original image is a gif and confuses my app, I assume it would do the same for others, so here’s the same image converted to PNG.
