I don’t know why, but this keeps making cracking me up, I can’t get black cheese man’s face out of my head now.
The cleaning is difficult. Any tips to get it out?
Scrape the bulk of it and use a decent oven cleaner, allowing it to act for a few minutes and then it should only take a light scribing with some coarse steel wool.

Or just let it turn to charcoal through continuous oven use and then scrape it out
