Found two of these while hunting Voca. Got some loot radar going on so I know there’s something beyond it, at least one Voca as the other was next to a window, but I don’t ‘get’ the mechanism for these doors yet.

All the ones I’ve found so far have had vents leading into them. The one on the extraction tile has the vent up and to the left of the big head. The one with the windows is up near the roof in the circular part of the tile iirc.
Yep, they all have hidden ways into them.
